The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Frito-Lay North America, Inc. located at 7701 Legacy Drive, Plano, TX 75070 (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18+ (19+ AL, NE) at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family/household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on July 6, 2026 at 6:00PM central time and ends July 7, 2026 at 11:59PM central time (“Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible.
4. How to Enter
During the Sweepstakes Period, participants may enter by completing the following steps:

5. Prize(s)
Each winner will receive two digital coupons per month for 12 months (24 coupons in total). Each coupon is a maximum value of $5.49. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $131.26.
37 winners will be selected. Total ARV of all prizes for all winners is $4,856.62.
No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption of prizes is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
6. Winner Selection
Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about July 8, 2026 from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.
7. Winner Notification
Winner(s) will be notified via social media DM within 10 days of the drawing. Winner(s) must respond within 2 days to claim the prize. Failure to respond may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
8. Verification
Potential winner(s) may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release (where lawful). Noncompliance may result in disqualification.
9. Publicity
Except where prohibited, participation constitutes permission for Sponsor to use entrant’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.
11. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims arising out of participation or prize acceptance.
